How to sign a financial statements by Trusted Profile
Open the "moj.gov" website
Click on the START button
Select the desired option
You want to electronically sign (or check) the financial statement
and click
NEXT
Click on the SIGN
OR CHECK PDF DOCUMENT button
Choose the XML file that you want to
sign
Make sure that the indicated document does not exceed 10MB and click on CHOOSE FILE FROM DISK
A message will
appear informing you that the document has been successfully uploaded.
To add a
signature, click on the SIGN button
Sign in to your TRUSTED PROFILE
Choose one of the available methods to sign in. (Either using your user name and password or via online
banking.)
Then enter the security code to confirm your login and click on the CONFIRM button
Click on the SIGN WITH A
TRUSTED SIGNATURE button.
In the next step, you will receive a message:
YOUR DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED CORRECTLY.
Download the document by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
To add a second, or following signature, repeat these steps from the beginning on the downloaded file
